A Premium Quality Cooking Kettle that is ideal for the production of high quality food products.

This Tilting Kettle has user friendly Fully Programmable Electronic Controls for accurate monitoring of the Cooking and Mixing processes and controls the water supply into the Kettle with its integrated Water Meter.

The Controls can be adapted to suit individual requirements by incorporating additional programmable functions such as Timer Control facility that will automatically switch off the heating supply to prevent overcooking.

Heat is transferred into the product quickly and efficiently up to a maximum temperature of 120 Deg. C.

The powerful Scraped Surface Mixer has six dynamic stirring patterns with variable speeds of between 5 to 155 RPM, that can rotate in both directions to give a truly homogenous mix.

The Mixing Tool is fully removable for cleaning and can be replaced with a Cleaning Tool that will clean the inside of the Vessel which facilitates quick changeovers due to the reduced operator input.

The Automatic Water Level function ensures the water level of the Jacket is constantly maintained, preventing the Jacket from ever boiling dry.

To achieve optimum flexibility, Product Chilling is available as an extra option.

Automatic Control Functions allow cooling water into the Jacket of the Vessel via the mains water supply that is connected to the Kettle or from an external supply such as a chiller unit.

This Kettle can also come as a "High Tilting" OptiMix version with a tipping height of 600mm.

Various other options are available such as; Product Temperature Sensor for HACCP Data Collection, External Product Probe, Spray Gun for cleaning, Front Outlet, Sieve Plate etc.

Gas Kettles

Service Requirements (Indirect): Gas.
Product Examples: Sauces, Soups, Preserves, Fondants, Toppings etc.

An ideal kettle where a Gas Supply is the prefered means of heating.

This machine will run on Mains, Propane or LPG Gas and is supplied with suitable Burners for all.

This Tilting Kettle has User Friendly Electronic Controls for Temperature, Time and Mixing.

It has fast heat up times (Max. Temp. 105 Deg.C.) and a Variable Speed (15-80 RPM) Scraped Surface Mixer that can rotate in both directions to give a uniform mixing action.

The Mixing Tool is fully removable for cleaning and a Water Meter and Audible Alarm to signify end of cook cycle are standard.

A Front Outlet option is also available.

Boiling Pans

Braising Pans

Product Examples: Ideal for producing Jams & Chutney, Fudge & Toffee also for rice based products such as Risottos and Paellas.
This versatile machine can also be used for Braising meats,
Caramelising and Sautéing.

Used when fast heat up times and high temperatures (50-220 Deg.C.) are required. This Tilting Pan has user friendly electronic controls for temperature, time and mixing.

Bratt Pans

Traditional Bratt Pan for frying, searing and other high temperature applications (Up to 300 Deg. C.) and can also be used to Caramelise and Sauté.
