Depositors

These Pneumatic High Accuracy Depositors have been designed for flexibility and ease of use and can be utilised for a wide range of product applications.

By working together with the Customer and with the various options available, we can supply a machine that will give maximum benefits to any Process System.

Features:

• High accuracy-100% in most cases. (Viscose products or products

• Subject to viscosity, the design of the machine allows a good standard of cleaning by flushing through Cleaning Fluid.

Large annular infeed and outfeed allows large volume deposits without damaging delicate particulates, makes this Depositor ideal for the Sauces with large particulates.

These Multi Purpose Depositors are designed for speed and accuracy and available in a range of configurations with a variety of attachments.

Also available in compact or table top versions, space saving is also a key benefit.

Can be configured to Customer Specification for example; with a Workstation on a Mobile Frame, Hoppers with Agitators or Control Panels with Photocell integration etc.

Filling Machines

A High Accuracy Table Top Filling Machine, ideal as an introduction to the Automated Filling Process.

Unlike the Depositors which are volumetric, the filling volume is controlled by the rotation of the product pump therefore giving a greater range of filling volumes.

Fully Hygienic Gear or Rotary Lobe Pumps are used in this machine specifically to suit the application.

This foot pedal operated machine can be used to hot or cold fill semi viscose liquid product into Pouches, Jars or Pots.
