Semi Automated - Pouch Filling & Sealing

Our Semi Automated Pouch Filling & Sealing Systems are the entry level way of supplying your product in Flexible Stand Up Pouches.

Pouches are becoming increasingly popular as they cost less, are easier to store and cheaper to deliver than product in than glass jars or pots.

The cost of a good quality Automatic Pouch Filling machine will cost upwards of £35,000. Liberty Process has put together a Table Top Semi Automatic System at a fraction of the cost.

Our System will deliver at least 6 (400grm) pouches per minute with High Accuracy Filling and a High Quality 10mm seal.

The Nozzle of the Filler and the Sealer are height adjustable therefore any size Pouch can be used.

In addition, the Sealer will seal any Pouch material from Laminate through to Aluminium as the temperature and speed of the Sealer is fully adjustable.

Opening of the Pouches can also be a labour intensive task therefore we can also offer an Air Operated Pouch Opener that blows open the gusset of the Pouch thus allowing it to stand upright to facilitate the filling process.

We also produce a Large Scale version of the aforementioned system using Conveyors & Workstations thus giving a greater throughput and allowing dry products to be added to the Pouch as well as liquids (More details are available on our Projects Page).

Pouch Filling Machines

Liberty Process offer a full range of Filling and Sealing machinery for Pre-Made, Stand-Up Pouches. Our machines have the ability to fill liquids, pastes and particulate sauces.

These Rotary Filling Machines provide high accuracy filling, whilst maintaining high throughput capabilities.

Pot Filling Machines

This Fully Automatic Pot Filler provides high end performance with a space saving design. As it is a Rotary Pot Filler it takes up a much smaller footprint area than "in Line" Pot Filling machines that are designed in a linear format.

The Semi-Automatic “Stand Alone” Pot Filling Machine, shown above, offers a cost effective and space saving solution, where the quality of the filling and sealing is not compromised by the economy of the machine.
