Cooking Kettles with Mixers

Service Requirements: Electric or Steam. Temperature: Up to 120 Deg. C. Mixer: 6 Stirring Programmes (Speed 5 to 155 RPM).

Product Examples: Sauces, Soups, Stews, Fillings, Gravies, Dressings, Fondants, Toppings, Deserts and many more products for prepared meals.Suggested Uses:
- Ideal for Start-Up Kitchens to reduce Capital Outlay at a time when every penny counts.
- A solution to cope with extra demand and provide additional production output.
- Temporary production equipment whilst existing facilities are being refurbished or extensions built.
- The Mobile Boiling Pans (up to 100 Litres) can be used to transfer cooked product between areas.
- Ideal for areas with space restrictions such as Deli Kitchens where the Vessel can be used to produce for example, a Sauce and then wheeled away to be cleaned and stored until further use.
Tilting Frying Pans
Versatile Fying Pan for frying, searing and other high temperature applications (Up to 230 Deg. C.) and can also be used to Caramelise and Sauté.
